Such as the Tokyo Marathon at 11 weeks and the red dress run at 15 weeks...a Japanese race were only the crazy Americans dress in red dresses!!! (they think we are nuts...and I guess I could not really disagree).
(Unfortunately, running for Aloysius has ceased as of my 21st week because it was getting hard on Mommy's calves and her left SI joint). My calves were really tight all the time, I was getting cramps at night and my left SI joint was irritated. FYI...an SI joint is a little joint in your low back area. Since we have stopped running...my general comfort level has been better!)

run aloysius run! sorry you had to stop running patty, trust me i know it is hard mentally to accept that your body can't handle the running!
