Just in case, I am putting it out there that I may not be able to update the blog for the next night or so. Not sure if ya'll have heard, but there is a pretty big typhoon headed our way. The base is a TCCOR-2; high weather alert for typhoon weather within 24 hours. Schools are closed tomorrow and we are off from work unless we are called in the morning.
As a result all the moms-to-be that are 38 weeks and over were contacted to offer them a stay at the hospital. Since we live off base we decided this was the best option. It appears that a change in air pressure can induce labor so we are safer on base. If the typhoon hits...there will be no mode of transportation so better safe in the hospital than sorry.
So, I'm not sure if I will be able to get on my blog tomorrow or not.. we'll keep you all guessing a bit!

that is so great they are having you stay! they take such good care of everyone! yeah! well, a will come at the PERFECT time! enjoy you 'practice' stay at the hospital! interesting story huh?
