2010 Yokota Middle School Running camp at Tama...

15 AUG 10...we asked who was ready for a grueling 4 days of running Tama hills and Aloysius raised his hand way up high!

Here's the 2010 bunch...we had sooo much fun!

The kids partook in many fun running activities and games. We had one of the water relay races set up so that some of the kids ran blindfolded! We discussed the various physical challenges that some folks are faced with and were thankful we have healthy bodies :)

They also ran relay with cups in their mouths, trying not to spill so that their team could fill a bucket to win...

Played games such as capture the flag...

And of course, the counselors had to have some fun too!

We figured after sleeping through all the water fun...

Little Aloysius would enjoy a little soak...which he did...


But suddenly he decided it was ENOUGH!

Oh...and the kids also had "real" runs every day! Most worked really hard and it was amazing to watch them blossom!
