the funny signs we came accross which made us giggle...
the great little "Shinto" shrines we would walk past...
here Aloysius is hanging out with Dad in the "Chozuya" or small pavilion near main hall where people wash hands and rinse mouth before going into the main hall to pray...
by the "Omikuji" or fortunes that people get from a little wooden box by the shrine. They read them and then tie them up like so...
walks in the park....
watching the ducks...
looking out for turtles...while people are turtle fishing
playing in the great playgrounds...
and mingling with the "Sumos" at the New Sanno...
