Emu Egg

We enjoyed our monthly "new recipe" get together with the girls today. K & K opted for a brunch menu to include "Emu" scrambled eggs. One of these huge eggs feeds 6-8 people!!! Forgot to photograph the actual egg so I looked up some google images.
