Aloysius was finally able to experience a "boat" rather than simply label it in a story book. Even though he did not initially enjoy wearing the life jacket...
that soon became a memory
and he loved boat rides in the end!
He was even allowed in the captain's seat one time!! 
Mirror lake was lots of fun too!!! Aloysius loved being in the water...
but most all he loved the mud!!!!
We all loved the mornings lake side...
We went on family hikes...
