Flounder went on a walk at about 8AM to see what was going on. It was windy and rainy of course. Broadway was deserted.
The garbage cans were sporting a new look...
And the river was at high tide and rising up onto the walking path...
The wind and rain started to really pick up. Being that I was only one in five souls I saw out there, one being that of a dog, I hurried home.

I agree...crazy woman. Normally that's a sign that you should be home too. I love the river pic.
