Luckily, this tree just hit the corner of the house. No one was hurt. Power has been lost since last Monday and is not schedule to return until November 11th!!!
Luckily some guys came to the rescue and got rid of the tree so my folks could get out!
The folks found gas after waiting one hour to get 5 gallons of gas yesterday. Then, another hour to fill up this morning. They are now nice and warm with us in Manhattan:)

The Central Park playground near us on West 97th street was closed, but we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon walking in Central Park.
