Happy 42nd Birthday Flounder

Flounder had a wonderful family day celebrating the anniversary of the day she was born.  It started out with a morning visit from Tio Julio. 

This year Aloysius picked out his own gifts for Flounder.  They included two yummy smelling candles, some green and gold earrings,

a bracelet with a turtle charm, and a red Minnie Mouse watch.

  Since Hairpin, Aloysius and Tio Julio share a common love of motorcycles, it was only appropriate that Baby Sushi wear this onesie!

 Next there was a stop at the New City street festival.  Aloysius had fun in the bouncy castle.

 The slides were even more fun!

 It was a little rainy but it felt good because it was incredibly humid!

 Baby Sushi enjoyed hearing the randrops falling on the umbrella over head.

 Although he did not meet height requirements and barely reached pedals, Aloysius was granted one ride in the go carts by the nice gentleman who was working.

 There was only two kids on the track.  Love the mischievous look on little A's face.

 Tio Julio brought some delicious cake balls for the birthday celebration.

 Little A looks like such a big boy.

The one and only truly magnificent Abuelos who will be with Hairpin and Flounder family until next June helping out with the kids and just about everything else in a household!  Thanks so much for all you do!
