Feels like just yesterday we were just super excited about starting Kindergarten, and now little A is pretty much done with it!
Everyone was so excited for the end of the year performance.
The boys ran towards the subway!
Love the way little Sushi runs:)

Aloysius had a good year thanks to his amazing educators...
Ms. Lauren on the left (Aloysius' health paraprofessional) is amazing. She learned everything she could about Type 1 Diabetes and went above and beyond taking care of our precious little man. We are forever grateful to her and will miss her immensely next year:(
Ms. Rafaela in the middle is the half-day teacher for the class. Her warm, loving and nurturing personality was such an asset. She even voluntarily learned about Type 1 Diabetes and helped little A at times.
Ms. Irene on the right is Aloysius' bilingual teacher. Not only did she run a very structured and rigorous academic class, but she also volunteered to be able to help little A with diabetes management in case of an emergency. Aloysius learned so very much in all areas, especially his reading abilities which continue to amaze us each day!
Many tears were shed during the K023 class performances.
"Cycle of a Butterfly." What an appropriate way of highlighting the growth we have seen in our little A over the past 10 months in Kindergarten.
Check out some the beautiful butterflies in Aloysius' class, including our very own little A!

And then, the kids sang a song about being "Ready for First Grade," and boy did the tears roll down the face.

The class parents were invited to a breakfast in the classroom after the performances. The kids received their Kindergarten completion certificates...
Aloysius, you are the most incredible little 5 year old person.
You make us proud each and every day.
We look forward to the many years ahead that we have to share with you.
Love you mote!
